1: Introduction
Please look over this website. You will get a feel for who we are and what makes us different from conventional agencies, staffing firms and consultancies. We would be happy to provide you an informal introduction in your office as well. Just call us!
2: Needs Analysis
No two companies are alike, so it is important for us to meet with you to understand your company or department goals and to explore how we may be able to support you in reaching those goals with great marketing, communications and program management.
3: Proposal
Once we understand your situation, we will develop a proposal that clearly addresses your needs. Our engagements usually involve one or more dedicated professionals working with you on site for three months or more.
4: Ramp Up
Once we agree on a start date, then we work closely with you to make sure that all the pieces are in place to assure that we can quickly make a difference to you.
5: Service Delivery
We drive the program or project we agreed to, yet we remain flexible to accommodate your changing needs and priorities. We provide supervision and quality control for all assignments, and communicate our program status on a regular basis. Our engagements are often extended on a month-to-month basis as we consistently add value for our clients.
6: Completion
As a project nears completion, we finish up any deliverables and provide some “leave-behind” documentation to help anyone expand or carry on our activity. We also make sure to transition any “loose ends” to the appropriate people.
