Background

I consider myself a “Change Agent!”  As an MBA marketing professional,  I change lives by specializing in Recruiting, Strategic Staffing and Career Coaching for all career levels for mainly marketing and sales professionals for various industries located in the Houston area.  Professionally, I have thoroughly enjoyed a lustrous marketing and staffing career in both B2C and B2B brand/product marketing with various consumer packaged goods, financial, cellular, and staffing companies.  Now, I’m enjoying the opportunity to help other professionals pursue their career goals and change their lives as a Recruiting Manager for Brookwoods Group.

Personal Interests

During my out of the office time, I’m an elite fitness professional nationally certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and CPR/AED certified. With nearly 10 years of consistent fitness experience. I’m passionate about helping others with Personal Training and Image Coaching–including developing a new professional image for the entry level and mid-level professional–or for those having to jump start their careers due to lay-offs after 10+ years of working consistently for the same employer. The game has changed—much more competitive than ever before.  Your skills are critical, but so is your professional image.  Many times, it’s not the hard skills that prevent career success, but it could be your lack of professional image!
