Professional-Class Employees

Many of our clients require that our employees working for them under contract enjoy competitive benefits.  Full-time USA-based "Professional-Class" employees of Brookwoods Group receive the following benefits:

PPO Medical Insurance:

• Brookwoods Group offers a great medical plan and the option for an even better plan.
• Brookwoods Group pays a fixed dollar amount towards your employee premium; you pay the balance.
• Additional family coverage is offered at employee expense.

PPO Dental Insurance:

• Brookwoods Group pays a fixed dollar amount towards your employee premium.
• Additional family coverage is offered at employee expense.

Group Life Insurance:

• Brookwoods Group pays for $30,000 of life insurance coverage.

Brookwoods Group 401(k) Plan with Employer Match*:

• Saving money for retirement is more important than ever these days. That’s why we offer a tax-deferred retirement savings plan with employer match for our Texas-based employees.  (*Employees outside of Texas are offered a comparable 401(k) plan that does not include employer match.)

Personal Time Off:

• From the very first day you’re hired, you begin to earn accrued hours for up to 5 days per year of paid personal time off for vacation, illness or any purpose.
• After one year, that accrual rate increases to 10 days per year for vacation, illness or any purpose.
• After four years, that accrual rate increases to 15 days per year off for vacation, illness or any purpose.

Paid Holidays:

• You may have up to six paid holidays per year. However, they must be coordinated with the client.

Commercial-Class Employees

Many of our clients require that our employees working for them under contract have minimal employer-paid benefits to keep their costs at the lowest possible levels.  These "Commercial-Class" jobs may not be as practical for the long term as "Professional-Class" jobs, but the classification creates job opportunities that may otherwise not be available.  Full-time USA-based "Commercial-Class" employees of Brookwoods Group receive the following benefits:

PPO Medical Insurance:

• Brookwoods Group offers a great medical plan and the option for an even better plan.
• The employee medical premium is offered at 100% employee expense.
• Additional family coverage is offered at 100% employee expense.

PPO Dental Insurance:

• The employee dental premium is offered at 100% employee expense.
• Additional family coverage is offered at 100% employee expense.

Group Life Insurance:

• Brookwoods Group pays for $30,000 of life insurance coverage.
