Business Development Manager

Brookwoods Group is a trusted, 25-year-old staffing company based in Houston. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team of professionals. If you have a proven track record in selling intangible services like staffing and recruiting, we want to connect with you!

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving our growth and expanding our client base. You will need to think strategically and execute tactically, developing new job orders for contract talent and permanent placements, as well as managing existing client accounts.

MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:

  1. A college degree or equivalent work experience
  2. 3+ years of outbound staffing and/or consulting sales experience
  3. 2+ years of project management or account management experience
  4. 500+ LinkedIn contacts demonstrating strong business networking capabilities
  5. Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and CRM databases
  6. Documented success in achieving measurable business development results
