Brookwoods Group is searching for a very detailed customer-focused Client Relations Specialist for a growing Houston-based independent consulting firm offering financial services for businesses, individuals, and families. MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:
2+ years of experience with customer-focused and administrative tasks, supporting principals in a similar working environment (financial services, legal services, accounting services, etc.)
2+ years of client-centered experience and focus and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and driving for excellent results and positive experiences for customers and colleagues (Client Support, Customer Support, Account Management not Sales)
Documented examples of internal and external correspondence, documents, and presentations with a high level of accuracy, composition, grammar, style, and professionalism
Must handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care (exceedingly even the stringent expectations of the law and the Securities and Exchange Commission)
Must be proficient in English with strong writing ability and oral communications skills.
Must have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products, (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Preferred but not required:
Experience in a financial services industry preferred.
This is a full-time position as our client’s employee. You will work in the client office
Compensation includes salary and benefits and is dependent on your experience.
