Customer Care Associate - New Jersey

Brookwoods Group is partnering with a Consumer Product Testing Laboratory to fill the contract position of Customer Care Associate.  In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all panelists and clients are welcomed, and processed for consumer testing as required.  You will be responsible for the experience that both the panelist and clients has, ensuring the staff knows they are onsite of help is needed.  We are seeking a candidate with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong listening abilities to effectively clarify information and address inquiries.  You must be customer focused and enjoy working with the public.

MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:

  1. Must have 3+ years' experience in a customer facing role.
  2. Must have exceptional organizational skills, able to coordinate calendar and scheduling
  3. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  4. Must have Microsoft Office suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  5. Must have experience working in a high traffic environment

Preferred but not required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Database management

Details:

  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer assistance.
  • This is a full-time position working as our employee under contract at our client's location, this is NOT a hybrid position you will work at the client site
  • The role is New Jersey, local and surrounding area candidates only, there is NO relocation assistance.
  • Drug screening may be required prior and/or during employment
  • Base compensation is dependent on years of experience; W2 hourly plus benefits
