Brookwoods Group is working with a large energy company to fill a Digital Analyst role. The primary work of the digital analyst centers on digital transformation and product development projects. The selected professional will work with different stakeholders within a business such as product owners, digital marketers, and lead generation marketers, amongst other professionals, gathering relevant data, devising functional strategies, and optimizing the digital framework of the organization. The Digital Analyst will utilize various methodologies to increase the efficiency of data processes within the organization. Often tasked with identifying competitors’ responses to changing market trends, the Digital Analyst will also analyze in-house marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Accountabilities:
Work closely with internal and cross-discipline project teams and stakeholders, facilitating data integration for effective decision-making.
Deliver creative analytics solutions and tools for campaigns and objectives and improve the process of digital analytics within financial constraints.
Implement a digital framework for exploratory analysis of data, building better decision-making systems
Design and implement digital analytics systems and setup procedures and methodologies to gather and interpret data
Evaluate site performance, analyze web analytics, and manage the tracking and reporting of deliverables.
MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:
Must have a bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
Must have 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Financial Analysis or Web Analysis
Must be able to prove your understanding of market behavior; experience in optimizing campaigns by relevant KPIs, such as CTR and CPA
Must have experience in A/B testing hypotheses, understanding statistical concepts, and ability to present insights to stakeholders.
Must have 3+ years in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other social media platforms analytics
Must be Google Analytics certified
Must have experience in Business Intelligence tools like Tableau and Power BI
Must have experience working with cloud tools like Google Cloud Platform and AWS
Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to multitask coordination of multiple projects
Experience in using OLAP tools and knowledge of SSAS

This is a full time position as our client's employee - Position will be Hybrid with days working from home others working at the client location in Houston
