Brookwoods Group is seeking an experienced Sales Director to be a member of the company leadership team and be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales managers to achieve sales goals and objectives. You will be a trusted advisor regarding company strategy, thought leadership, and instrumental in expanding the business to our NEXT level of growth.

MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:
Must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the staffing industry or similar field with at least 2 years leading a team.
Must have a proven track record of success in achieving sales goals.
Must have the tenacity to grow the business.
Must have knowledge of the staffing industry and its latest trends and best practices.
Must have experience coaching and training sales professionals.
Must have experience managing the sales pipeline and forecasting sales revenue.
Must have demonstrable excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Preferred but not required:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Ability to work independently AND be part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field. (Or extensive relevant work experience)
This is a full-time position as a Brookwoods Group employee based in our headquarters office on the 610 North Loop.
Compensation is dependent on your experience and includes benefits.
