Event Manager

Brookwoods Group seeks an experienced Event Manager who can work well with internal and external stakeholders and partners to plan and execute all phases of events, from small interactive presentations and field marketing to large-scale trade shows. The candidate should be extremely well-organized, intuitive, meticulous, and comfortable in all types of business settings. In this position, you will need to be familiar with collaborative lead generation and messaging campaigns and gather and disseminate lead data to the appropriate team members. This position requires you to plan each event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives. Candidate will manage budgets and outside vendors and suppliers, while working with stakeholders to ensure objective are met for every event are met.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar
  2. 5 years of experience overseeing the development and delivery of events held to promote a company, brand, or product.
  3. Eloqua experience
  4. Lead generation and digital marketing software knowledge
  5. PowerPoint and excellent CRM experience
  6. Superior spoken and written communications skills

Preferred but not required:

  • Microsoft Dynamics experience
  • Enterprise-level B2B marketing experience, preferable in a Tech environment


  • This is a full-time position as our employee working under contract at our client's location (remote initially)
