Brookwoods Group is looking for an experienced Marketing and Communication Program Advisor, to work for an integrated Oil and Gas company. Currently the role is remote, but they are trying to connect the team 1 – 2 days per week. There is travel with this position, approximately 30 – 35%. The Program Advisor will work closely with various stakeholders in the organization from country leaders to department heads to build and manage social sponsorship programs and events. You need to have high energy, be detailed-oriented, be able to multi-task, be willing to track multiple programs and initiatives throughout the company. You must be able to build networks, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. You will represent the Communication team and ensure the sponsorship programs are following the laid-out strategy, ROI and brand requirements.
MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, PR, Business, or related field.
Must have 5 years of project or program management experience, with experience leading a team of peers and vendors within the project and working with senior management
Must have 3+ years’ experience working strategically with live, high profile corporate events
Must have experience in both internal and external communication (3-4 online writing samples are required)
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to influence, engage and excite stakeholders; to encourage participation in programs
Must be able to work independently and make decisions when needed on behalf of the strategic lead
Must have strong oral and written communication skills

The role is currently remote, but you will come into the office for team meetings etc. as requested
This is a full-time position as a Brookwoods Group Consultant working under contract on our client’s project
Base compensation is dependent on years of experience; package includes benefits.
