Nurturing Marketing Manager

Brookwoods Group is looking for an experienced Nurturing Marketing Manager, to work for a large High-tech company. Currently the role is remote. The Nurturing Marketing Manager should have experience working with Lead Generation teams, and Sales and Business development professionals. You will be working on landing pages, segment lists, forms and email campaigns for various commercial accounts. You should have the ability to multi-task handling several large projects at one. You should be detail-orientated and have a strong desire to engage with prospects and leads through their client experience.



  1. Minimum of 4-7 years’ experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation, marketing automation, and/or nurture strategy.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  3. Experience with demand generation with a B2B company
  4. Reporting for landing page engagement and audience attribution
  5. Proven track record executing innovative and multi-touch nurture and demand generation programs
  6. Experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Eloqua
  7. Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen and nurture campaigns
  8. Strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads
  9. Familiarity with the sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience working in a High Tech Company


  • This is a full-time position as a Brookwoods Group Employee working under contract at our client's location
