Recruiting Manager

Brookwoods Group is known for carefully matching great professionals to interesting assignments, resulting in a better experience for everyone.  Clients are served mostly through long-term on-site contracts, permanent recruiting, or contract-to-permanent assignments.

 With our post-COVID recovery plans for 2021 we are looking for someone with demonstrated success recruiting professionals.  You will be required to both think strategically and execute tactically to fill roles at our client’s request. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing both contract talent and permanent placements.  These responsibilities include research, interviews, candidate management and required testing of our candidate pool.

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have 3+ years’ recruiting experience, either at a recruiting agency or inhouse recruiting
  • Must have 2+ years of project management or account management
  • Must have 500+ contacts in LinkedIn to demonstrate business networking capability
  • Must have computer skills that include using Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and relational databases
  • Must have experience with behavior interviewing both in person and on-line tools, such as Zoom or Teams

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Compensation includes a nominal base salary, plus a generous performance incentive based on profits generated, plus company contribution to medical, dental, personal time off, paid holidays, and retirement plan
