Brookwoods Group is working with an Environmental Monitoring/Gas Detection client to provide a Regional Sales Representative to join their team.
The ideal candidate will develop, implement and own strategic plans for growing the company's share of the market in the Environmental Monitoring / Gas Detection space. The ideal candidate should possess either experience selling a technical product or the aptitude to understand and communicate technical concepts and specifications to customers. A Regional Sales Representative will be required to assist customers with product and application-related questions and offer solutions when possible. You should be able to travel making sales calls with both existing distributors and prospecting for new channel partners as well as direct customers.
MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:
Must have a bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental or Technical Fields
Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Industrial Sales with special preference in Environmental monitoring, gas detection or instrumentation
Must have proven ability to develop relationships, build rapport with diverse clientele and grow business
Must have strong technical skills and be able to provide support and training as necessary to distribution partners
Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight 30%
Must be Legal to work in the United States and have the ability to travel internationally as required
