Brookwoods Group is working with a Global Chemical Client to provide a Sr. Advisor, Sustainability Communications US. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and administering communications strategies related to the company’s sustainability initiatives using best-in-class methods.
This individual will be the key client manager for the Executive Vice President, Circular and Low Carbon Solutions. This position will also develop and lead the internal and external, circularity corporate communication strategy and external speaking strategy for the Circular and Low Carbon business segment.
MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:
Must have a bachelor’s degree is required in journalism, communications or public relations or related field
Must have at least 8 years’ experience in communications, sustainability or other related field with prior knowledge and understanding of sustainability communications
Must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both oral and written
Must demonstrate the ability to be detail-oriented and set priorities to meet deadlines
Must have 5+ years' experience identifying energy industry issues and external stakeholder perspectives, and implementing key strategies to alleviate potential reputational risks for the company
Must be able to share your commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, including ability to engender trust, respect and confidence
Knowledge of the field of sustainability and circularity
