Brookwoods Group’s greatest opportunities for growth come from referrals. The Referral Reward Program is intended to reward our friends and colleagues who take an active role in helping Brookwoods Group to grow.
A referral is a documented lead to either a new business opportunity or a new professional candidate that results in a new contract or new hire. A new business lead must be partially qualified. Pointing out an existing public posting is not a referral; we really do not need help scanning websites.
An example of a partially qualified new business lead is “Jane Doe is Director of Advertising at Giant Corp and she has just been given responsibility for two additional product lines, but no additional people. She is already shorthanded because her Direct Mail Manager got hired away by the competition and they are under a hiring freeze.”
An example of a new business lead that is NOT partially qualified is “Jane Doe is Director of Advertising at Giant Corp, and she may need help.”
A new professional candidate lead must be partially qualified. An example of a partially qualified candidate lead is “Joe Smith, Manager of PR, is getting laid off by Monster Corp next month. Jill Rogers and I have both worked with him and think he’s a great professional.”
An example of a candidate lead that is NOT partially qualified is “Joe Smith is Manager of PR at Monster Corp, and he may be looking for work.”
All leads are logged and acknowledged by e-mail. If your lead is not acknowledged, notify our CEO. In the event of duplicate leads, the earlier is logged. In the event the lead is already on our radar, you will be notified.
If a lead results in a new business contract of at least 3 months for a full time professional, you are rewarded $250 for that referral.
If a lead results in the hiring of a new Brookwoods Group professional or a recruiting fee, you are rewarded $250 for that referral.
If a lead results in a new hourly business contract or one-time project, you are rewarded $50 for that referral.
