PPO Medical Insurance:

  • Brookwoods Group offers a great standard plan, plus the options for an even better plan and a more economical plan.
  • Brookwoods Group pays a fixed dollar amount towards your employee premium.
  • Additional family coverage is offered at employee expense.

PPO Dental Insurance:

  • Brookwoods Group pays a fixed dollar amount towards your employee premium.
  • Additional family coverage is offered at employee expense.

Group Life Insurance:

  • Brookwoods Group pays for $30,000 of life insurance coverage.

Brookwoods Group 401(k) Plan with Employer Match*:

  • Saving money for retirement is more important than ever these days. That’s why we offer a tax-deferred retirement savings plan with employer match for our Texas-based employees.  (*Employees outside of Texas are offered a comparable 401(k) plan that does not include employer match.)

Personal Time Off:

  • From the very first day you’re hired, you begin to earn accrued hours for up to 5 days per year of paid personal time off for vacation, illness or any purpose.
  • After one year, that accrual rate increases to 10 days per year for vacation, illness or any purpose.
  • After four years, that accrual rate increases to 15 days per year off for vacation, illness or any purpose.

Paid Holidays:

  • Every Brookwoods Group employee can have up to six paid holidays a year. However, they must be coordinated with the client.
