Debbie Milks Joins as VP of Operations

Debbie Milks has joined the Brookwoods Group team as vice president of operations and chief operating officer. She has a strong leadership track record with other great staffing and recruiting firms, including FutureStep, a Korn/Ferry company.

"I joined Brookwoods Group because we are so different from other staffing firms; we really provide the attention and service of a retained executive search even for a routine contingent search or a contract assignment," Milks says. "This approach is unique in our industry and I think is the reason the company has such a great reputation," she adds.

She will lead the business development and recruiting teams and foster continued business growth and expansion.
