Quality Control Coordinator - Contract

Brookwoods Group is partnering with a leader in sustainable technologies to fill a contract Quality Control Coordinator position. Our client is a leading provider of equipment, systems, disinfection and filtration solutions for water and wastewater treatment.

The QA/QC  Control Coordinator will be very detailed oriented, committed to quality product and procedures. The right person will be very familiar with documentation pertaining to quality assurance and quality control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creates, retrieves, and electronically organizes documentation for QMS system
• Collect, review and send for approval and post SOP, WI and test procedures
• Maintain a database for external documentation (standards, specs) and documentation updates
• Creates PDF files as needed
• Performs data analysis for any quality KPIS and create presentation with data
• Understands and adheres to all company health and safety procedures as they relate to essential job functions

MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:

1. Must have an associate degree or technical certifications in Quality, Document Control or similar field
2. Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience with QA/QC document controls
3. Must have strong written and oral communication skills
4. Must have knowledge of desktop publishing software (PageMaker, Publisher, Photoshop, Acrobat)
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
