In fact, Monday starts OTC in Houston – the Offshore Technology Conference. For decades, SPE has invited leaders in offshore technology to descend upon Houston to network, share technology advances with products and services, provide special guest speakers sharing insights on the industry and what it takes to keep the planet moving forward with the help of this industry.
