Director of Marketing - Professional Services

Brookwoods Group is working with a premier wealth management and financial advisory firm to fill a new leadership position, Director of Marketing.  The right individual must have B2C Marketing experience working for a professional service company.  If you would like to build your process, create the marketing strategy, execute the plan and monitor vendor performance and metrics this will be a great fit.  Our client need someone who is very professional, positive and has strong interpersonal skills.  You should thrive in a fast-paced dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Managing Partners and Key Financial Advisors to generate qualified leads, expand the prospect pipeline, and drive overall firm growth.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports both the firm’s long-term vision and short-term objectives, targeting the ideal client profile.
  • Service as the primary liaison between our client and their external digital marketing agency, ensuring alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Craft a clear and compelling value proposition that conveys the company’s strengths across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Build and nurture relationships with firm leaders, key Centers of Influence, and external organizations to enhance the company brand presence and visibility.
  • Oversee and integrate all aspects of online and offline marketing – including website management, public relations, events, print, social media, and email campaigns to ensure cohesive and engaging brand message
  • Coordinate the creation of high-quality marketing content, such as white papers, articles and blog posts, showcasing the firm’s thought leadership

MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:

  1. Must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or similar field
  2. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience within a professional services firm
  3. Must have experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies and plans.
  4. Must have a minimum of 2 years public relations and media communication
  5. Must have strong oral and written communication skills – samples required
  6. Must have experience with SEO, email marketing, paid search, video production, graphic design, and website management
