  1. The Personal Summary gives you a chance to tell us more about you so we can know you better.
  2. A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement may be required by some clients.
  3. A Personality Assessment may help us describe your personality to our clients.  If needed, this assessment comes from your recruiter with a link to a third-party site.
  4. We may ask for your References at a later step. If needed, your recruiter sends you a link to a third-party service that allows you to input your references. (It is a good idea to get your references lined up now, along with their CURRENT e-mail addresses.)
