  1. Major Oil and Gas company Audit Finding - Transformation team does excellent job communicating with the site. She developed monthly maps of the 200-acre, 45 building facility showing all activity on site that impacted roads and buildings. The maps were printed poster-sized and placed in every break area across the campus, digital signage and viva engage.
  2. Major O & G company: Established a weekly "site impact" meeting with all site contractors due to simultaneous operations (symops) risks to ensure that everyone was aware of what was planned. These meetings resulted in reduced site safety issues, project delays and fostered cross-team cooperation.
