Brookwoods Group is working with a large full-service Oilfield Chemical Company to place a Compliance Administrator. This direct hire role will support the implementation and maintenance of QHSE standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IOS 45001, etc.) you should have experience liaising with external lawyers on legal matters, contract reviews, and regulatory filings. You will be responsible for SDS compliance with local and international regulations. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the company's operations are compliant with legal and regulatory standards. The right individuals will also have experience with shipping chemicals and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations. You should be extremely organized, be very detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:
Must have a bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, compliance, or related field
Must have knowledge of QHSE and ISO standards
Must be familiar with SDS preparation and chemicals management
Must be proficient in compliance management software and MS Office suite
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have the ability to analyze and interpret legal documents and regulatory requirements
Preferred but not required:
2 - 4 years of experience in a similar compliance, legal, or QHSE administrative role
Experience in ISO implementation and SDS management
