Instructional Design Assistant

Brookwoods Group is working with a large Oil and Gas Service company to fill an hourly contract role, Instructional Design Assistant.  The right candidate should have experience working on learning tools, both e-learning and traditional learning processes.  You should have experience building material as requested, create engaging training tools and be able to coordinate training programs as needed.  Our client needs individual who can work autonomously on multiple projects.  If you have experience with corporate training and would like to join a strong team within a well recognized brand this is a great opportunity to get in the door.

MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:

1. Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2. Must have the skills and knowledge of e-Learning tools, such as Rise 360, AI, Voiceover software, Camtasia, etc.
3. Must have video editing skills
4. Must have experience collaborating and working with stakeholder and management
5. Must have strong written and oral communication skills

Details:

• This is a full-time position as our employee working under contract at our client's location
• You will report to work every day Monday thru Friday
• Compensation is dependent on your experience, and limited to our client's budget
