Land Development Manager

Brookwoods Group is working with a large Land Development company in Sugar Land, TX to find a Land Development Manager.  The ideal candidate will have experience managing construction projects from acquisition to buildout.  Our client is growing quickly and they need top-talent to grow with them.  If you are familiar with construction projects, site inspections, permitting and zoning research you would be a great fit.

MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:

1. Must have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Real Estate Development or similar field
2. Must have 2+ years of experience in land development or construction project management
3. Must have basic knowledge of land development processes, including zoning, permitting and construction
4. Must 2+ years' experience leading construction and/or land development projects
5. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
6. Must have experience meeting or exceeding budgets
