Trainer Facilitator

Brookwoods Group is working with a Houston-based Energy Client to place a Trainer/Facilitator.  The Trainer/Facilitator will have deep experience in instructional design, training delivery, and project/program management. This role is vital in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning experiences to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees. As part of the Human Resources team, the Senior Training and Development Specialist will report to the Manager of Organizational Development and work closely with a diverse range of teammates, business leaders, HR managers, and SMEs, both in the office and the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with the OD Manager, develop, evaluate, pilot and deliver new learning programs and experiences
• Coordinate and facilitate training programs including in-person classes, virtual experiences and e-learning courses
• Maintain training materials, schedules, calendars, logistics and participant records
• Create and maintain program materials
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Responsible for the administration of the learning management system

MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:

1. Must have degree in HR or related field
2. Must have a minimum of five years exact experience or seven to ten years’ experience in ancillary function with some exact experience
3. Must have exceptional communication skills
4. Must have WOO and can capture, hold, and run a room of highly intelligent team members
5. Must have exceptional organizational skills
6. Must be okay with full-time on-site Monday through Thursday 7:30 to 5:30 and every Friday 7:30 to 11:30 half day in office Memorial/Spring branch area
