Manager Regional Quality Control Ready Mix Ontario, CA

Brookwoods Group is working with a Global Manufacturing Client to place a Manager Regional Quality Control Ready Mix.

 The Manager Regional Quality Control Ready Mix Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

If you are customer focused and can manage quality issues with professionalism and empathy this would be a great fit.  The client needs someone who will enforce safety regulations in the plant, knows how to direct workers engaged in inspection and testing and strives to maximize product reliability and minimize cost.

MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:

1. Must have 10+ years of experience in Quality Control
2. Must have 7+ years of team leadership experience
3. Must have Experience in aggregates or cement (Ready-Mix preferred)
4. Must have exceptional organizational skills
5. Must have strong oral and written communication skills

Details:

• This is a full-time position as our client's employee
• Compensation includes salary and benefits and is dependent on your experience ($125K - $130K salary range)
