Investor Coordinator

Brookwoods Group is conducting a search for a self-starter, experienced, results and detailed-oriented Investor Coordinator to join their team. This role is with a leading real estate development firm that specializes in creating innovative, sustainable, and high-quality residential and commercial properties. The Investor Coordinator will be responsible for managing investor relations, preparing reports, and ensuring effective communication between the real estate development team and investors. ACCOUNTABILITIES

 The Investor Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of investor relations, ensuring timely communication, and handling all necessary administrative functions. This includes drafting and distributing investor reports, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining investor databases. The role also involves preparing presentations, managing documentation, and providing support to the real estate development team on key projects. The Investor Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining positive investor relationships and ensuring all investor-related processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries.
  • Draft, prepare, and distribute investor reports, newsletters, and updates on project progress and financial performance.
  • Organize and coordinate investor meetings, conference calls, and events, including handling logistics, invitations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update the investor database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and edit professional documents and presentations for investor communications, ensuring all materials are accurate and in line with company branding.
  • Collaborate with the finance and development teams to gather necessary data for investor reports and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in all investor communications and documentation.
  • Assist in managing investor contracts and agreements, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.

MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:

  1. Must have 3 - 5 years' experience in investor relations, preferably within the real estate or financial sectors
  2. Must be proficient with Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with experience creating professional presentations and reports
  3. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professional with investors and stakeholders
  4. Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  5. Must be familiar with real estate terminology and investment processes

Preferred but not required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate or related field
  • Experience working with real estate developers or investment firms

  • This is a full-time position as our client's employee
