Business Development Manager

Brookwoods Group is looking for a Business Development Manager to work directly for Brookwoods Group and report to the Director of Business Development. With our expansion plans for 2024 we are looking for someone who is tactical and can think strategically to help maintain our growth and develop new client leads as well as close new client opportunities. You will assist with developing new orders and new business at the top of the funnel as well as supporting account management for existing clients and orders.

MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:

  1. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  2. Must have 2+ years' experience with outbound staffing and / or consulting sales
  3. Must be prepared to show your active use of social media for developing leads and clients, i.e. LinkedIn contacts, Tik Tok, Instagram, etc.
  4. Must have 2+ years of sales campaigns (phone and email)
  5. Must have basic computer skills that include Windows OS, Microsoft Office, experience with CRM or relational database as well as strong typing skills
  6. Must have proven ability to set appointments including conducting research, making cold calls, and potentially participating in client visits on a regular basis
  7. Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
