Sr. Division Order Analyst

Brookwoods Group is working with an Unconventional U.S. Oil Producer to place a Sr. Division Order Analyst.

 The Sr. Division Order Analyst Oversees and maintains a specific geographical area of responsibility for the Land team insofar as Division Orders. Responsible for reviewing title, title opinions, agreements, and curative to create ownership decks. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of tasks and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:

1. Must have a bachelor's degree or at least five (5) years of experience as a Division Order Analyst
2. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an order analyst working with state and federal leases
3. Must have 5+ years’ experience working with land contracts, operating agreements, oil and gas leases, broker reports, regulatory documents etc.
4. Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred but not required:

• Experience with Enertia Land System or a similar platform
