SCADA Analyst

Brookwoods Group is working with an Unconventional U.S. Oil Producer to place a SCADA Analyst.

The SCADA Analyst will be responsible for implementing and supporting Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems including hardware and software platforms to provide maximum production and efficiency while promoting safe work practices. Will work as part of a team to support diverse SCADA systems across multiple assets. This position reports directly to the SCADA Manager.  If you like to participate in system design planning and testing, worked with cyber security and can provide technical support for SCADA communication, this is your ideal job.

MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:

1. Must have 5+ years of relevant work experience
2. Must be prepared to prove your experience with automation hardware and server-based software
3. Must have experience with Clear SCADA
4. Must be familiar with ACM, KepWare or similar polling engine experience
5. Must have oil and gas upstream operations knowledge
6. Must have experience with both typical office setting and field operations environment
7. Must be able to travel 10%

Preferred but not required:

• Degree in computer science, or electrical engineering
• Experience with MS SQL databases and MS server OS
• Experience with Crystal Reports, Field Data Gathering, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio and Scripting languages is a plus
• GeoSCADA and Wonderware experience
