Paid Media Specialist

Brookwoods Group is working with a Veterinary Healthcare client to identify a Paid Media Specialist. 

The Paid Media Specialist will be the resident expert in all things media and marketing analytics, reporting to the Performance Marketing Senior Manager. This is a new role at a fast growing, entrepreneurial organization.  This position is remote - prefer you are in a CST or EST time zone.

MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:

1. Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a proven track record of results
2. Must have 2 - 4 years of experience directly managing Google Ads campaigns, willing to train and/or build development pipelines
3. Must have hands on experience directly managing paid advertising via search, Pmax, display, demand gen etc.
4. Must have current Google Ads certification (Search, Display, AI, & Measurement)
5. Must have experience working with third party marketing agencies
6. Must have hands on experience optimizing towards upper and lower funnel conversion metrics
7. Must have experience aggregating performance data from multiple sources and mining for insights
8. Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with basic knowledge of Word, PowerPoint etc.
9. Must have experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Tableau
10. Must have moderate experience working with WordPress websites to carry out landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization and building foundation for conversion tracking and attribution

Preferred but not required:

• Meta Ads and Microsoft Ads experience
• Multi-channel experience
