Quality Assurance Analyst - Cerritos, CA

Brookwoods Group is working with a Global Packaging Solutions Company to identify a Quality Assurance Analyst. 

Quality Assurance Analyst role is a meticulous individual focused on supporting customers issues by ensuring the resolution of packaging quality issues. You must be able to identify and support opportunities that will help to optimize Quality Management.

You should be very detail-oriented, organized and have a collaborative approach to your work partners and have the ability to manage your time effectively.  The right individual will have a customer centric focus and is willing and able to work to resolve customer quality issues.

MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:

1. Must have a high school diploma
2. Must have 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
3. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
4. Must be familiar with cGMP's - Current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations enforced by the FDA
5. Must be familiar with Quality Management SOP, Formal Quality systems such as Food Safety, HACCP, ISO or similar
6. Must have strong administrative experience
7. Must be analytical and have strong communication skills both oral and written

Preferred but not required:

• Bachelor's degree or packaging certifications
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
• Ability to identify and support opportunities that will help to optimize Quality Management
• Beverage packaging experience

Details:

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer assistance.
• This is a full-time position as our client's employee.  Salary range $65,000 - 75,000
• The role is based in Cerritos, CA. This is an 8am-5pm Mondays - Fridays
• Position is onsite and requires some offsite customer visits.
