Quality Manager - Beverly MA

Brookwoods Group is working with a Metal Fabrication Company to identify a Quality Manager. 

Quality Manager will provide leadership and guidance, works to improve core processes and manage projects. The responsibility of ensuring the development of staff in all Quality department functions. The Quality Manager will develop a clear understanding of the business and technical aspects of the Quality department’s function to support the entire organization.

MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:

1. Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2. Must have 7 + years of relevant Quality experience, with 5 years minimum as a quality leader
3. Must have sheet metal fabrication manufacturing, power generation, and aerospace experience
4. Must have working knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100D, AS13100 and MSA
5. Must have experience with ISO/AS 9100 and Nadcap audits
6. Must have strong management skills and experience managing 5 or more employees
7. Must be able to meet deadlines

Preferred but not required:

• Experience with investigations with RCA
• Experience with exotic metals
• Working knowledge of an internal auditing program

• This is a full time position as our client's employee

• The role is based in Beverly, MA. This is a 5:30am-4pm Mondays - Thursday
